Got the JBAs in the mail when I got home tonight. So less than a week delivery to here. Great service - kudos Marlin - even got a free Jesus DVD. (Package was in rough shape but hey - it's USPS and the gorillas are in mating season prolly).

Got them set up and realized I forgot to buy the missing 26mm socket to torque them! :pp: Lots more done on ARB, wells, rad support, prep/paint and looking at those sway links...

YAWN.

I feel jipped!
I never got a Jesus DVD!
Probably get one with my new gears...!

Could do with new front springs on my KJ so I checked in with the local Hatian dealer of OME parts.. 2 Front Springs for a 3.7l no winch or ARB bumper - $600 and that doesn't include fitting. Next I checked for them in the U.K. thinking I would pick them up the next time I'm home on vacation. Slightly better this time, only worked out to $330 for the pair. The other option would be to source them from the New York area, but trying to find a dealer who can supply them and despatch them to a NY hotel for a specific date is difficult. Oh well, it's only money !!!

JBA 4.5 A-Arms installed!
- No More spring contact
- Much more stable cornering
- Most steering twitch Gone, except over uneven surface, where tire jumps.
- Alignment done but Caster not within spec -1 degree.
Troy was PM'd and he says let lift settle, and Caster wont cause tire wear problem, and that my cross caster was in spec.
He recommends that you need to "Zero" the cam bolts first for a lifted kJ, then begin alignment. (hope I got that right)

There is not much room between the tire and A-Arm.
Spidertrax wheel spacers 5x4.5 x 1.25 inch are in order and should assist on inside tire rubbing with the 17 inch rims.

Looks like he's gonna take a bite out of the UCA. Better explain to him that it's not actually cherry flavored:bleh:

They are strong enough and re-torqued again after 60 miles.
