06 liberty won't start
If you jump out starter relay pins #30 & #87 and starter motor cranks the engine, then most likely you have a bad starter relay or it is not getting a signal from the ign. switch via the ECM to engage the starter relay. Try swapping out the starter relay with one of the other same size relays...- WWDiesel

intermittent P0300 on my 2005 CRD
Most likely you have air in fuel problems. If you have a leak on the OEM vacuum fuel system anywhere, it will suck air in, not leak fuel out. When this happens, it starves the CP3 injection pump for fuel preventing it from building the correct fuel rail pressure which greatly reduces engine...- WWDiesel

How to adjust Iron Rock Offroad control arms
If you are installing both upper and lower adjustable IronRock Control arms, then you need to adjust them so your pinion angle is very close to the same as the output shaft angle coming out of the end of the transfer case. See drawing.- WWDiesel

2003 liberty blend door actuator
The blend door actuator is located on top of the HVAC box. It should be accessible by removing the glove box. There are three small mounting screws holding it to the box. See diagram, item #6.- WWDiesel

Rear sway bar
The sway bar does not interfere with the lift. The vehicle handles better in higher speed maneuvers with the sway bar in service. I have about 3" of rear lift and have both upper and lower adjustable IronRock control arms and I left the sway bar in place.- WWDiesel

CJC Transmission pan
I added the deep sump PML transmission oil pan a few years ago. It made a big difference in lowering and keeping transmission fluid temperatures in the 180-200 degree range when towing heavy loads in the hot humid south where I live. If the thermostat has failed causing the engine to run too cold all the time, it will greatly increase fuel consumption. The gauge should run slightly below the 12:00 mark. See picture below. Thermostat normal or no?
What year model, and is it a diesel? If a diesel, it should look like the picture when at normal temperature. If it is running at 1/4 the gauge, your thermostat has failed and needs to be replaced. Don't waste your money on any cheap chinaism knockoffs, they don't last or are bad right out of...- WWDiesel
