Are non-ABS front hubs/bearings interchangeable, or are they left/right specific?

I need to replace my front passenger side wheel bearing (non-ABS). While I was shopping around, I found a really good deal on a driver's side ABS hub/bearing assembly.

While I was looking at the various listings, I noticed that the non-ABS versions appear to fit either side, whereas the ABS versions are specific to passenger's or driver's side.

Can I buy the driver's side hub/bearing assembly, clip the sensor wires off, and install it on the passenger side?

Non-abs are the same, left vs right.

Thanks. And is it ok to use an ABS bearing on an non-ABS Jeep if I just clip the wire off, or are there other differences that make them incompatible?

I have never tried it, but I would certainly give it shot if that's the pieces I had.

Someone asked about using the ABS hubs on a non-ABS Jeep, and the consensus seemed to be that it was fine.

I guess that also means it wouldn't matter if it was a passenger or driver side hub, since with ABS out of the equation they are interchangeable.
I think I'll go ahead and order it.
