The fan hubs can be rebuilt using standard oversize bearings available here in the US. Does require some small amount of machine work to fit the oversize bearings.
Better alternative, add a ProVent, it keeps the oil out of your CAC (intercooler)
Sasquatch sells a nice full install kit with hoses.

This is the picture showing the required modifications:
You have to cut the copper bars in two places as shown and solder in a small bypass wire.
I have done the mod to my 05 CRD several years back and it works just fine!
Best advice is to remove the butterfly plate out of the FCV. Only two small torx screws holding it to the shaft. Can be removed in less than 30 minutes.
The small gears in the FCV operator are notorious for stripping and hanging allowing the FCV to block or limit air flow and boost from...
Could be a slightly sticking brake caliper and what you are hearing is pads rubbing rotor in a turn?
Try replacing brake pads as a cheap test before you start opening up differential...
I added hood vents/louvers and a Derale 10 plate stacked transmission oil cooler in the opening under the bumper in series with the OEM cooler. This helped some when towing, but recently I installed a PML deep sump finned aluminum oil pan and it made a HUGE difference in transmission fluid...

I have a brand new in the box Mopar thermostat with new factory gasket available if anyone needs one.
Message me if interested.

Non OEM Fuel Filters
I went to a Donaldson 11 micron primary filter with a clear water drain bowl. This only required changing the WIF sensor. The Donaldson filter screws right onto the OEM filter head. I then added a 3 micron secondary filter between the primary OEM filter and the CP3 fuel...
Welcome from a fellow Georgian. When you going to Tate/Tallulah river wheelin? You know about the trail from Tate Branch over the mountains to Hiwassee.:happy107:
I bought the whole assembly for the LR window, regulator and motor from Autozone and it comes with a lifetime warranty so if it fails again all it cost you is your time to replace the assembly. Price was reasonable...:happy107:

You will need to know your OEM part number to search.

I installed the Bilstein and Ironman setup, got about 2 inches additional lift. Jeep rides much better with this setup than it did with the oem parts.
Go to Jeepin by Al, he has all the right parts for your KJ.

Replaced the transfer case end CV joint a few weeks back. It had a busted boot and the ball cage was busted. To be on the safe side, I crimped both the new caps back on the new CV joint just like factory was and used silicone sealer on both caps and the new gasket, along with blue locktite on...
