problem solved idler tensioner crd
The fan hubs can be rebuilt using standard oversize bearings available here in the US. Does require some small amount of machine work to fit the oversize bearings.- WWDiesel

Discontinued hose alternatives

A/C on in windshield defrost mode
This is the picture showing the required modifications: You have to cut the copper bars in two places as shown and solder in a small bypass wire. I have done the mod to my 05 CRD several years back and it works just fine!- WWDiesel

No boost/power fixed by unplugging FCV?
Best advice is to remove the butterfly plate out of the FCV. Only two small torx screws holding it to the shaft. Can be removed in less than 30 minutes. Howling/rubbing sound from rear on right turns
Could be a slightly sticking brake caliper and what you are hearing is pads rubbing rotor in a turn? Try replacing brake pads as a cheap test before you start opening up differential...- WWDiesel

I added hood vents/louvers and a Derale 10 plate stacked transmission oil cooler in the opening under the bumper in series with the OEM cooler. Left rear window failed!
I bought the whole assembly for the LR window, regulator and motor from Autozone and it comes with a lifetime warranty so if it fails again all it cost you is your time to replace the assembly. Price was reasonable...:happy107:- WWDiesel
