As I travel a lot I try to use national chains for tires, alignments, and oil changes. (WalMart and Costco for tires, Jensen, JiffyLube, and/or Brakes Plus) I truly would rather use locally owned businesses, but their warranted work is useless when I am a thousand miles away. I have a Complete KJ airbox with intact and can pull grommets out of Bert if your MacGyverism fails. Bert runs an Apollo due to the snorkle.- Johnny O

Been chasing electrical gremlins. Discovered no less than five instances of conductors broken off in the wire insulation causing intermittent faults. Lots of bird dogging with the multimeter demonstrating the definition of insanity. (repeating the same task and expecting a different outcome)...- Johnny O

As expected ARB customer service is exquisite. Hardware kit was missing some bits-captive nuts for wing panels- and needed recovery point decal as bash plate was pre bashed and I have to have it blasted and coated. They shipped it all to me for free. -

Aye, research! I spend enough time at higher altitudes that those nasty little rolling fog banks and low clouds are a real issue, and yellow fogs are handy in dust storms too, something I seem to deal with frequently. Agreed. Had fair luck with their pods as work lights. However three out of eight had bad seals and ended up full of condensation. They still worked though. Should note their yellow fogs are too bright (and the wrong yellow wavelength) to be useful as actual fog/ whiteout lights. This is true of...- Johnny O

Oz. Oz lighting is absolutely magnificent. Very affordable and durable. Light bars, pods, and such are off road use only. Using them street driving blinds other drivers and will get you fined by the police. See my KJ build thread. many posts on adding lights and wiring them up pproperly.- Johnny O

Wow. ARB never ceases to amaze me. Via their Scamazon store the bumper gets delivered tomorrow. Confused why the wanted me to wait 3 months for a stubby through other vendors but can get the Bondi deluxe, the biggest baddest one the sell in 4 days for free shipping.
