Yes, the color match is what I was wondering about. I want to repaint my front grill (the clear is coming off ) as the bugs and road debris have done a number on it.

So, I stripped all the paint from the spare (not fun....)
1. Sanded
2. primed
3. painted (different product and color)
4. cleared
5. Used a large fan to circulate air as it is crazy hot and humid
and......
Came out real nice...problem now, I dont like the color:rolleyes: I drive...
Just an update...Got a new low pressure switch from rock auto and seems to have fixed the problem....It is cycling (not as often as some others, but more than before, and the condensation is dripping more during operation, not just when I shut her off.

I just hate handing her over to the dealer to try and diagnose something, seems they always break another item that you never had a problem with to begin with.
Is it easy to get to that sensor under the dash? I can visually check it out and see what I find...

We have these bugs we call "Love bugs" in Fl, that have 2 seasons a year. They fly in these big swarms, do no harm to people, but when they hit your car they are like glue to try and get off. If you leave them on they WILL eat at the clear in no time.
