Best to my knowledge there never was any thing larger than 4" lifts mainly because you have to relocate the upper control arm and then it's minimum 8¾" lift to 12 inches it is a pain especially when you get to relocate the the steering and length en the shaft from the...- joshgoble

Well y'all may or may not be interested but I just recently put in a transfer case and transmission in a jeep crd 06 model. Well it looks like they decided to change the transmission for no apparent reason because it still has no reverse and it pops and when you go to put it in park after you put it in reverse it's spinning too fast for the PIN to set. And just easing down the road it'll bind up and pop and bind up...- joshgoble

Do transmission codes trigger the check engine light?
is it the elm123 scanner? Does yours run a flash also and have you used that part of it? mine will wright code but I have not been brave enough to test it out- joshgoble

lol that possible I honestly can't say it was the only crossmember that came with it. one of the previous so called mechanics may have picked up the wrong crossmember when given back to the previous owner or was in need of an automatic crossmember and pulled a fast one there...- joshgoble
