I have been fine so far. I plan on moving the washer fluid bottle at some point as it is the only thing that is in real danger of damage with the bumper being trimmed. Other than that it only has the Mopar skid up front.
This was my first true 4 wheel trip. I have done a couple of others before but nothing to really start to test the KJ. On this trip I ended up on just three wheels a couple of times. It was about a 10 mile trip over the top of Kingston Peak here in Colorado. Which those familiar with the area it...
Went and washed off the dust from the wheeling trip last weekend. Put some weather stripping on my 22" light bar to stop it from whistling. I also started to give it a nice coat of black paint on the under carriage as well as some of the rust stop paint for the little bit of rust that was under...
Went wheeling this last weekend. Haven't had time to post the pictures yet due to travel for work. First time the Jeep has only been on three wheels. It was a good trip to the top of Kingston peak. Plan on going out again next weekend and getting in some more wheeling. Going to try and get out...
Got some good stuff checked off of my to do list today on the jeep:

Got in my new Cragar soft 8's and had them put on. The only problem with this is that they for got to ship the center caps with the wheels. So now I have to wait for discount to get those in. It has a much better stance with these wheels than the stock steel rims. Now I just need to finish...
Got one of my pinch welds pounded flat after work today. Not sure how y'all get the plastic all nice again, but it didn't work for me. Probably just going to grind it smooth and paint it black. Now all I need to do is get the other one finished before my new wheels get here.
The one that I have on it currently was running fine till one day in the snow something happened and it just stopped working well at low speed. The only weird thing is that it has just started to whine a little when I first start it up and turn the wheel. Other than that there is no noise. Also...
They are reman'd pumps. They probably arn't that good but it is free life time replacement. So one of these days I hope to finally get a good one.
