What did you do to your jeep today?

I've heard of a few like that, nothing goes missing around work and we have tons of crack heads around here. Mainly just smashed window, empty glove box, the usual stuff.

What did you do to your jeep today?

Not here, and I live in a big city by Canadian standards. You can have it record all the time or be motion activated. People are wary of them, because you can have them upload to a cloud, and possibly catch them on cam if they do. The thinkware are pretty sleek, which is why I use them. No...

What did you do to your jeep today?

Dash cams are very popular where I live. If you don't have one, I suggest getting one. I use "thinkware" because they are small, good quality, and good picture. They also have very good low light/night video. I've found mine to have held up very well to the harsh environment of summer time heat...

What did you do to your jeep today?

Well I finally got around to replacing my ignition lock cylinder today. I bought a dorman self coding replacement. I spend about 1 second of my life coding it, without having to swap out any of the wafers..... it was a thing of beauty. I also replaced B2S1 O2 sensor to fix a heater circuit code...

Hardest part will be installing the pinions, you will do it all to the proper torque and it will be loose. I found that you need a big ratchet (breaker bar), a pinion holder and a lot of man strength to install them. You will then use a dial torque wrench and check the pre-load of the crush...

What did you do to your jeep today?

I'm looking into why I get an RPM flare on down shift when going up steep hills, only on initial down shift. Letting go of throttle briefly seems to allow pressure to build and issue to be gone. Unfortunately Chrysler is less than helpful on that one, which means I have to actually do some real...

What did you do to your jeep today?

When PCM see an open/high resistance circuit like that, they are programmed to run on a pre-mapped fail safe. It will use other data, such as the other upstream O2, MAP, MAF and TPS to determine how much fuel to allow. Down stream data more less normal if the CAT is warmed up and mostly...
