I have made a simple four tyre in/deflator. Works fantastic and is very quick. I also have the ARB deflator but it is not so quick as you have to do one tyre at a time... Also I have the bonus that all tyres have the same pressure, when in/deflating all tyres together. It takes me 1min to...- nbas

11 miles per gallon.....it's not good, but is it bad?
I get 12-13mpg (18-19 l/100km) city and 19mpg (12.5 l/100km) highway with 75 m/h (120km/h). I have 245/75R16 with 2.5" lift and have regeared to 4.11. Before regearing I had higher consumption. Consumption depends on whether or not it has been lifted, and if it has been regeared if lifted...- nbas

Aftermarket Door speakers
The Infinity system has amplifiers on the doors attached to the front door speakers. If you intent to use aftermarket speakers and aftermarket amp you need to use new cables. RCA cables from the head unit to the Amp and speaker cables from the Amp to the speakers.- nbas

Refurbished all 5 rims and now waiting for my new tires, Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac RT. Very happy with the Cooper STT Pro's, I have them for 6 years and 55.000KM and they were great off-road, fine on-road, excellent on Mud, only down side was on wet roads (expected as it is an MT tire). Passenger front window
If it is the plastic glass bracket, just change it with an aftermarket one made of metal. Changed all 4, seven years ago and never had an issue since. The front door brackets are different from the rear ones. Below is a link on ebay I just found with the front ones...- nbas

I installed BAMM (well not exactly BAMM, this was from another company which was easier to install on the inside of the door) on the outer door skin, then BAMM on the inner door skin (closed it completely) and then BAMM on the door plastic. A Little Fuzzy On Upgrading Speakers...
The path I went through had 2 steps: 1. Replace OEM Head unit with a new Kenwood DMX-8020DABS (European Model) unit along with AXXESS ASWC-1 to retain steering wheel buttons. I refurbished the speaker cone suspensions with "6.5" Speaker Foam Repair Kit for Jeep" and all speakers worked fine...- nbas

Window switch/regulator issue
I replaced all 4 on 2017 with metallic ones for 72$ from ebay. The OEM are plastic and finally brake... Since then, I do not have any problem. As far as I can see though you have a different issue now, not the plastic lift plates. Just have it in mind cause they will brake some day...- nbas

In order to insert the bushing, I had to remove the transfer case wire from the bracket which is about 40cm before the end of the wire. Therefore, I could lower the wire without bending it, in order to fit the bushing...- nbas

Most probably the transfer case lever bushing. You can find it underneath where the transfer case lever cable meets the transfer case. Mine had disintegrated... I used the aftermarket bushingfix JL1Kit1. It works fine so far...- nbas

HOW TO: Change Transfer Case Position Switch
Just changed the transfer case switch on mine. Thanks for the "how to", it really helped a lot! It took me 30 mins, and I took my time... I also changed the transfer case lever bushing with the JL1Kit1. Now the lever and indication on the dash work fine!
