Random multiple error codes and noise after engine replacement.
At least on my '06, the PCM cuts injector control on a misfiring cylinder, not ignition control. The is an to prevent catalyst damage. A plug that fires in absence of fuel isn't going to cause detonation or any other problems.- Ksat

Liberty down after flat tow
If the input shaft to the transfer case is not moving, you'll be wasting your time tearing into the case. Crawl under there and see if the input shaft is spinning when trans is in gear and a helper hits the gas. Lift all wheels off the ground, obviously, in case it decides to start working again,- Ksat

First off, a/c flushing should, at most, only be performed on the evaporator and refrigerant lines that are free-flowing/not have anything like mufflers, filters, orifice tubes, etc. on them. I don't think a clogged cat would cause a misfire. If you have a scope, you could back probe both the injector and ignition coil and compare waveforms to another cylinder. Checking compression on 3 wouldn't be a bad idea, either. If you don't have a scope, take a resistance reading on 3's...- Ksat

Radiator leak by drain plug
Mine leaked at the same location. Maybe it's a common failure point. I tightened the petcock to no avail and just ended up replacing the rad. Not a hard job.- Ksat

Misfire
Don't buy any ignition coils just yet. Ignore the O2 codes for now, especially if your miss occurs even when the engine is stone cold. Swap #4 ignition coil with one from another cylinder, erase the codes, drive vehicle and see if the misfire changes cylinders. If no change, do the same with...- Ksat

You may have a bad PCM. For some reason, #4 ignition coil control is the one that gets fried. Happened to me a few weeks ago. I'm assuming you don't have a scope. Do you have a multimeter that can read frequency (via the test leads)?- Ksat

Need PCM - Need some information- 2005 Jeep Liberty Diesel
If the diesel PCM is in the same location as the gasser, it should be under the hood behind the battery bolted to the inside fender. Not hard to get to and easy to take out. Engine runs rough after an hours worth of driving
PCM is attempting to add fuel to a perceived lean condition, based on O2 feedback. If you were getting fuel in through the purge solenoid, you would have a rich condition and your trims would head the other direction. +32% is a high number. Misfire woes
You were right on the money, reload40s. Bad PCM. Specifically, a bad coil driver, I imagine. I scoped the ignition primary on 4 and got no ground control signal. Traced the wire back to PCM, tested from there and still got nothing. I've been hitting ebay for a "plug and play" programmed one...- Ksat
