Even though you found the issue, did you grease the intermediate shaft well before putting it back together?
My stock intermediate shaft was clunking at just 50,000 miles (2008?). I replaced it and greased it well where the cv slides on and it still looks brand new. Greased it up again about a...
This sounds like a bunch of BS. Ive warrantied ALOT of stuff at napa and its never been an issue.
If you can find an 03+ Mopar rad, you could add an AUX trans cooler and do away with the inrad cooler.
Last time I looked, I couldn't find an 02 mopar rad for my 04. I was going to add the transmission cooler thats in the 02 radiators, but decided to go with the Mopar replacement for my 04.
Did add the PML pan to help lower trans temps, which seems to have worked well.
Don't have any good answers, but I know when the batteries were getting low in my TPM sensors on my 04, the light would be on but they were still reporting. During the winter, they would quit reading but when it was warm out, they would start reading again but the light remained on. I 'think'...
I know there is a significant difference towing my popup with my Liberty compared to my ZJ with the 5.2. I've only towed a small bit with the 5.2, but it will pull it right up a hill with no sweat. The 3.7 just doesnt make good low end torque. I will say, I do notice a difference towing with 93...
Depends on how much you'll be towing. I honestly think one of the biggest things is good brakes. In my state, they couldn't careless, but you need to check the laws in your area to see if they are required. If the camper is small (1,000lbs?), you don't really need them. My popup weighs over...
Water boils at 212F, 50/50 coolant does not.
With a properly functioning cooling system, you do not need a radiator cap under idling/light use. Chrysler actually uses partial pressure caps on other models of Jeeps and they will not build pressure till needed. My ZJ's are like that.
Do you...
There was a dude, cant remember his name, that posted a link to the bearings in this thread.

Like Tommudd, the first thing that popped into my head was the flowmaster. The sound is 'ok' but the front of the flowmaster quickly rusted and dang near fell off of the Jeep before I caught it. I wish I would've left the stock stainless exhaust alone and it wouldve outlasted the Jeep...
Those were the good days. Its kinda wild how quickly the Liberty crowd came and went. Several good offroad trips here in Ky with Liberty owners, glad I got to do it.
Ahh, theyre under wheel seal, which doesnt make sense... But thats where RA has them... They also have the bearings.

Wonder if the ones that say 'front outer' are the correct seals?

I think I was able to pop it right out with a seal puller. Its very easy to gouge the area around the seal and I did. I used a small file to smooth it out, no issues since.
Its part of the crank case ventilation. That particular hose lets clean air into the crank case. There should be a sponge bob inside of the air filter box.
