HD Fan Clutches
I thought that was too low myself. As far as I can see the KK works exactly the same with the mechanical fan and clutch. Just screws onto the water pump and uses a larger shroud. dc- David13

Opening Door for Door Lock
Thanks Liberty I had seen that one. I still can't see what he is pushing on. I'm going to wait til I get a second set of hands, them on the glass and me trying to push the tab. I'm trying to open the passenger side front door to find out why the switch and remote won't lock the passenger front door. Finished the plugs. All were extremely old, but looking ok except for being worn round center and sharp side. Used the old rubber hose method, which I had almost forgot, since I last used it so many years ago. I'll check the battery tomorrow and charge it ... and then see if it runs. Got all...- David13

Pulled a plug. Bad condition. .080 gap. Round center electrode and sharpened side electrode. Finally found a gap tool after looking all over. Gapped the new plugs. Went and bought an air compressor to blow the dirt out of the plug holes. There was some broken wire cover plastic in one...- David13

Mud Flaps/Splash Guards for 2005 KJ
I've never been a big fan of mud flaps, no matter what they call them. At Honda dealers they call them rock guards, I think, and put them on a car, drilling holes, and charge you $120 for them, even tho' much the same is available at the auto parts stores for $19.95. I remember bearings being destroyed by running the front right tire into a curb and against and along it. The lateral force can destroy a bearing. Does anyone else drive the Jeep?
