Yes you are not going to find something to those exact dimensions. The ones I used were a little under half inch maybe .485 or so piece of pipe and I cut it down myself. I don't think the length I used was 1.825
Bring the bolt up to the hardware store and find a piece that fits snug. It may not be exactly .470. That's what I did then I cut it to the length I needed. You should be able to find something close that fits snug.
The 24-185660 work on the KJ for the rear shock yes. I used that shock on mine with a bushing from the hardware store. If the KK uses the same shock on rear as KJ then it will work. I don't know. I see it uses a different rear spring. But if it uses the same stock rear shock number then it...
Got my 4.10s today. Probably be spring before I get everything changed out. Had to take the opportunity while it was there. Pulled from a 2.4 gasser in Toledo. Southern car with low miles. Poor guys engine blew in town. Very happy!
Very easy. There is a drain plug and fill plug. Both 10mm Allen wrench. Drain then fill with atf-4. It's like 1.6 quarts or so it takes. Under 2 quarts. I would get a quart bottle pump to pump it in the hole. I just changed mine last weekend.
I believe I just measured the stock ones and then went to the hardware store. Unfortunately I don't have the sizes off hand. If nobody does by the time I get back I'll check and post what you need.
I have read bad review after bad review from multiple forums for multiple different vehicles for RRO. Horror stories really. I am definitely not taking a chance with that kind of money. But everyone is free to do what they want.

Just got my set of MOABs about a week ago. It's starting to come along. I'm originally from Cleveland. Wife's from Toledo. We moved here about 2 years ago. Picked up mine a few months back. Pretty good shape with about 65000 miles. And thank you!
