found this set of 4 bilstein 5100s (http://www.4wheelparts.com/Suspension/4-5100-Series-Shocks-For-Most-Lifted-Trucks-with-Shock-Boots.aspx?t_c=1&t_s=90&t_pt=3306&t_pn=S%2fDShockingBIL5100)...can't tell a part number though...could i use these on front and rear with the 927/948 springs?- dchadjohnson

never mind :signs75:...didn't realize the OME 927/948 kits are $167.20 for 2 springs. that solves the question of whether to go with the OME 948 or the JBA rear coil springs. next question is for the Bilstein rear shocks, will the part listed above (24-139175) work or do i need something longer?- dchadjohnson

How To: Mount a 42" curved LED light bar to your KJ
started to look into the possibility of adding a lightbar to my roof and/or bumper/grill but then got scared off by reading stories of people failing VA inspection due to illegal lights...anybody have experience with this?- dchadjohnson

2 random questions - more tread in front/rear? & cell phone mount?
Okay so I have 2 completely random and unrelated questions about my 2007 KJ Limited... First, my rear tires are different brand and much more worn than my front tires (that way when I bought the Jeep a few months back). RIP Front Door Speakers :(
it seems like every day I find some little thing that i didn't notice about my 2007 KJ Limited before I bought it...the latest discovery is that the front speakers in the driver and passenger doors do not put out any sound. yeah i know probably should have noticed this before i bought the car...- dchadjohnson

thanks for the input. the shop that did my prepurchase inspection quoted about $900 for the rear upper control arm and front struts, and said that was for top of the line parts, although cheaper ones were available. i also need to get matching tires...front and rear are different currently, plus...- dchadjohnson
