    Help! Problems with 4lo

It was the 4wd lever, apparently I disconnected it by pulling to hard on it, but I must be superman because I really didn't apply much force. I just don't know my own power. Maybe I needed a trip to the dealer today. ](*,)

No, I wasn't able to get it back into 2wd. The 4wd lever is completely loose, it goes into all positions but does nothing.

    Help! Problems with 4lo

Understood. BTW I am going to sound like a noob here but what does KJ stand for? You said that the t-case linkage was not a problem with the KJ, is there a Jeep Liberty non-KJ? All I know is that my moms Liberty is 2002, it doesn't say KJ anywhere on it.

    Help! Problems with 4lo

I was trying to shift into 4Lo when the car was stopped, after I had lost traction on top of some ice, and the result was that now the car is not engaging the transmission at all. I can't reverse or drive. Also the 4wd lever is loose now. Any suggestions?
