    Automatic Transmission Fluid Change

so you don't want to flush it with any cleaning agents. what you want is a full complete fluid transfer. Without touching the lines to the transmission from the cooler, you can DIY with a partial fluid transfer by just dropping the pan and replacing the filter. Total ATF+4 in the system is...

    Fan clutch removal help!!!!

You could try to take the shroud off first for more room but you'll need to cut a small notch at the bottom of the shroud to clear the clutch fan. I usually run a metal coat hanger through the holes in the WP pulley and secure it to a threaded stud right above it.

    Your knowledge required please

I think it might throw a CEL. I think that was what happened to me last when I was trying to flush out all the coolant with multiple days of drain and fill with distilled water. I don't remember what else but it certainly didn't run rough.

timing belt won't go over tensioner

so did you compare the size of the new tensioner with the old one? I suspect the pulley is not the same size and the new one is larger. i vaguely remember a mixed bag of sizes for the tensioner pulley. since this is in the CRD section, i do not know if this applies to you.

    Whats this part?

i believe the end of the tube with the plastic fitting would be affixed to the gas tank strap. There should be a metal piece that goes over the tubing and clips on to the gas tank strap. Maybe the clip is still there...

No heat Still 2003 liberty 3.7L

color of antifreeze doesn't matter. it's the type of coolant that matter. I believe way back in the day tjkj2000 mentioned that there was an orange HOAT that he had used in his shop.

Just got the KJ back from the shop. Still Getting hot at highway speeds.

color doesn't necessarily mean anything but you can't just use any type of antifreeze either after a complete drain and flush.

    Coolant overflow without overheating

sorry to hear that. Maybe time to get some professional help before this becomes a parts cannon fix? Perhaps do a block tester? you can get the part as a loaner, you'll just need to buy the fluid. only if you lived close to me, i'd let you use what tester fluid I have left. I'm not sure, but...

    Coolant overflow without overheating

FYI Zerex G-05 is HOAT we need so you don't have to buy Mopar brand. Same thing for ATF+4. you can get the cheapest.

    Coolant overflow without overheating

CPS and CKS are some other sensors that need OEM as well. The tolerance on these sensors that are aftermarket is bad.
