Do one at a time and put the new one on before loosening the other side.
Torque with vehicle on ground with full weight to avoid preloading bushing like the dodge techs do when they did this recall a couple years ago.
Torque is somewhere around 110 ft lbs not 300 like they did to my jeep.
Deep...
Its a hindrance when trying to flex rear. Minor impact on highway, no more scary then lifting.
More importantly it gets in the way when your replacing the tri link (Rear UCA, boomerang)
I bought ones similar to that made by Precision(ie moog) and you need a needle point for your grease gun to fill them...
was a giant pain in the ass.
also at 30 bucks CAD per before shipping to australia. Try rock auto, they have a discount code too.
had mine done after first set of ujoints were giving me a bad vibe. was similar dollars in Canadian.
Was worth it when i saw what they added in weight.
Much better.
count the notches when you shift, if the light on your dash doesn't agree with the positions, your transfer case position sensor might be done.
edit: nm tom got it.
generally speaking when people can't align a KJ, accuracy isn't whats holding them back.
It usually ends with **** it close enough / caster won't work so the rest don't matter either.
Your rear C8.25 is a little differnt in that the carrier does not have a tone ring. So you cannont swap axles that come with 4.10 (05 and older). I haven't found / looked for the rear sensors one mine so i'm not entirely sure where to guide you past that.
You must do a regear with your axle...
Your 07, like mine, has a bunch of traction control things that will ocasionally apply brakes in less then desirable times in 4HI.
If you think you should be in 4LO, you probably have your answer and a lot of those "safety" features will be turned off and let you continue with your day and...
Check and make sure your switch works first by checking continuity across the switch when pressed and open when not.
Mine was shorting and needed replacement. It would also randomly short and pop the glass when parked.

I bought the ARB one works great. same sort of stuck in snow scenario. Works great on the lake when pulling off that late season ice shack.
Since the op is in florida 50 50 is fine and very easy to mix without a gycol tester.
as for the rest of the world, i'm running 60 40 and its off the scale of my tester and the coldest I typically deal with is -40. Nothing wrong with 70 30 either.
been doing some reading on the ram 1500 forums and all the "cool" kids do a catch can to prevent all that build up from going back into the intake.
The weird and strange summary is the wildly different seasonal rates at which the catch can fills up. Winter time being the larger and...
your steering will be hard but you will not loose it.
The pump can take some abuse (original pump and lost ps hose every winter for last 5, still going but makes some noise). It will go eventually but you will not be killed immediately like a lbj failure.
The dialog you will experiences...
have you had any work done recently to the vehicle near the wheel speed sensors?

I've bought atleast 4 sets of these saw horses for various things around the garage when working on refinishing wood projects. If you kick the legs once you've got weight on them they are stable, just takes a little adjustment on a level floor.
They also can take more then 300 lbs once you do...
If that is your high pressure hose in the photo; start the jeep and get out and look where its weeping. Its either the hose itself or at the crimped fitting.
either way, the solution is likely a new hp hose.
You'll need an 18 mm crowsfoot to loosen it at the steering rack.
If that is your...
fastenal has them, they called rivnuts in their catalog, bring in the bolts and they can order.
Can't find info on the grade of the rivnut so use at own risk. Impact helps tremendously with time to get it lined up and flared.
