well i have decided to keep the kj and find me a motor in the spring in the mean time i bought a coworkers 03 dakota truck and the little woman said we could fix it later hehe :) i can put a motor in and get it to run and i agree the trans might go out later but still cheaper than a new rubicon...- Budviper

Thanks for the input guys, Its an 02 limited and we got it turned over yesterday evening and it sounded like the rods were coming thru the block, also water in my oil, i am looking around the area today for engine builders or re manufactured one, with a 3 yr 100k warranty, i am debating on...- Budviper

:( Heading to work today and my engine blew 195k miles sad times, towed it to my friends shop won't know how much till monday or tues the cost it's gona hurt me lol, just wondering if you guys could hook me up with a good place to get a motor, besides a crate motor.:freak3: it :smokin: time- Budviper

dis. Ok the dealer just called me back, after i ordered the part, and tells me the 02 skids have been discontinued? I am wondering if the 05 will fit my jeep now. I really didn't want to blow 265 on a skid row plate :(- Budviper

Just ordered one from my dealer! $54 plus tax. :) bout time too! Drove down to wheeling in the country, in TN sat. and got a little hairy a few times for the stock ride, but my little red did fantastic.- Budviper

02 limited, 177k UGGGGG! one radiator, front wheel bearings, brakes, total rear end rebuilt, now for the front differential, its shot, and i think the cv's are too, front drive shaft is loose as a goose, income tax there ya go!!!- Budviper
