While you engine-shop, get yourself some Marvel Mystery Oil at the auto parts store and follow the directions...can't hurt and CAN help...accept no substitutes...the darn stuff just works...- twowings

power steering noise
Cold weather moan should not be a problem as long as you don't force it to full-lock right off the bat...fluid will be somewhat congealed for a bit...after starting engine, let her warm up while you check your belt(s), check your mirrors, scan the dash, crank on some tunes, and clear your path...- twowings

transfer case leak. need opinions.
Is it just weeping or really leaving a puddle on the ground overnight? If it's just a weep, I'd let it go as long as everything is working correctly and you don't have to clean up a mess every morning...just make a habit of regularly checking your TC fluid level every month or so... Sirius Radio Question - Update?
IIRC most manufacturers supplying a Sirius/XM module for their OEM radios specified their own antenna connectors which are NOT compatible with standalone Sirius/XM radios....use the supplied one....YMMV- twowings

rear coil spring removal
A friend with a long prybar can be invaluable here, as well....you will need to apply a bit of force on the axle to get the 2nd rear OME in if not compressed...but it can be done...- twowings
