    Aftermarket Speakers install

    I was installing after market speakers in my 05 lib. And the original speakers in it have some sort of extra piece that my aftermarket Speakers don't have. I bought some speaker adapters but they don't fit the plug the original speaker has.should i hard wire it in? What do you recommend?
