    strange "rotational" noise like a bad u-joint

    seems to come from front diff - new CV axle, hub is fine - new front drive shaft - BAD noise in part-time 4x4, had to exit that fast - bad noise continued for a few blocks, then stopped but original "u-joint" sound continues - that this mean front diff is shot? Please help.

    I just replaced the left front wheel drive shaft - is this the cv? the noise that was there is gone as a result however the noise now is just when I try to engage the 4 wheel drive (transfer case?) Does that mean that the transfer case is the problem? Thanks, regards Rand

    Liberty 3.7 rough running

    Bluedriver DOES not support my 05 Liberty 3.7, what OBD scanners will support misfire data for this vehicle? What else can I do, will a voltage or current test on the coils tell me anything? Please help. Thank you.
