I installed a interrupt kit from Warn to prevent the +12V wire at the winch from being "live" all the time. https://www.warn.com/power-interrupt-kit-62132 It mounts perfectly underneath the fuse module on the battery tray -

HD cooling system
If you want to upgrade to the HD cooling, you just would need to swap the electric fan and add a mechanical fan. If I remember correctly 02-04 have the single speed fan, 2 wires at the electric connector. 05-07 have a multi speed fan with 3 wires at the connector.- 65Corvair

3.7 to 2.8 CRD conversion
I own both a 3.7 and a 2.8 CRD, as mentioned above, you pretty much both vehicles at the same time for all the harnesses and fuel system changes to be sure nothing is missed. BillWill is right, lostjeeps is better for the CRD. -

It is not hard to change the tri-link out, if you have a jack, jack stands, and tools. Impact wrench will help if you live in the rust belt. It only really has 3 bolts holding it in place. From LibertyTC's picture, there are bolts going through the #2 bushings, then the #5 pinch bolt holding it...- 65Corvair

Smeared some bondo body filler in the rust pits to make it look presentable after painting. I have never used it before, so we shall see how this goes. -

Help with front too high after OME install
I have experienced my shocks topping out too, under rougher conditions. I have OME springs and shocks, but it can happen with any spring shock combo. You are correct, the preload is the key. It is difficult balance using "normal" springs and shocks get lift while keeping a lot of down travel.- 65Corvair

Rear upper control arm...
I tired to press them out with a ball joint press a few years ago, and it ends up crushing the control arm. Let me know if you have better luck.- 65Corvair

Shifter bushing elimination fix possibly?
My bushing at the transfer case age hardened and broke apart when I removed the lever to put the 2wd low kit in. I replaced it with a nylon bushing, a washer, and a spring pin. It has been installed over a year with no issues. It even went through Moab with lots of transfer case shifting too...- 65Corvair

Strange issue
I have had a similar rumble noise from the rear of my Jeep too. Mine is more from 40-45 mph only under acceleration. It almost seems like the frequency makes the whole chassis vibrate/resonate. coolant tank
I would think if you had an actual overheat condition (boiling the engine coolant) it would be collected in the “clean” chamber instead of being released to atmosphere. Then when your vehicle cools down, it is self added back to the cooling system.- 65Corvair

Nothing you would have done would for the backbone would make it harder to mount. Minor drilling will have to be done to mount the ARB. With the winch mounted lower you may have to get new power cables for it.- 65Corvair

It is a 05-07 bumper, the 02-04 bumpers have the wrap around turn signals that came with the Liberty in stock form, and the larger fog lights. I actually have a 02-04 bumper too, but it doesn’t work well on a 05-07. The biggest issue is that there is too much gap between the top of the bumper... -

The bumper didn't come with the ARB turn signals, and I really didn't care for how they looked, so I enlarged the cutouts to accept a standard 6 inch oval light. As you can see there is quite a bit of pitting, This will be filled in and painted over at the end. Next on the list is to cut out...
