Radiator Failure. Options?
I wish only 510 dollars at 99k miles I changed my own cracked radiator - what a pain ,,,,,the radiator was $238 at auto zone....its pretty tight on the sides and a little difficult to get out...I decided to do the water pump as well as I do 300 miles a week commuting ,,,,,then I had the bright...- sootie007

3 muffler configs today
I bought a MAGNAFLOW P/N 1640 33 inches overall 2.5+ inlet outlet straight through design. Its the biggest straight through they make I believe which is what I wanted (quiet). I am coming off of a summit turbo 2.5 inch muffler. Which had a little too much rumble-resonance at idle to 2k rpms...- sootie007

Guys I have heard this is the holy grail of back to black stuff .. the Chevrolet Avalanche guys tried everything on their plastics and claim its the best and lasts a YEAR. Pricey but hey if it works....I have a bottle on order.....will let you know ...I am in florida so if it works here it...- sootie007

Can you tell by the spring part number if your 2002 Lib is a pre lowered unit ? If so what is the p/n for that spring or were the lowering changes more severe than just a spring change ? J- sootie007

Gas mileage
My 02 sport , 98k miles , 4*4 , 3.7, auto with 3:73's is getting 17.0 to 17.5 consistently. I am running 85% highway 15% city. I pulled the 3rd cat and have a turbo muffler on there right now. I have a 33" (longest style) Magnaflow straight through on the way. We will see if it picks up any...- sootie007

Wrangler ST blackwall vs. Wrangler AT/D2
Firestones got a bad rap a few years back (coming apart ) BUT I had a new set 2 years ago on my full sized truck and they were the best tires I have purchased in the last 15 years for wear traction etc ! Every set of Goodyears I have had were overpriced and under performing ..... J- sootie007
