Replaced OEM alternator that had spike issues with a 160amp from rock auto. no voltage spikes now.- DispatchMinion

Horn not working after a Remote start installed
No issues with the remote start or wiring found. So "With horn connectors off, then you apply a separate power source/ 12 volt with a ground to test a horn." Can I just run wiring from the battery to the horn to test? I don't have a separate 12v source- DispatchMinion

Home from work and got it to be jump-started finally. Drove the 3 mins to the "O" store and waited for 45mins for them to test it and its Good. Went to rockauto site and $128.00 for a 160amp Remanufactured one so bought it(cheapest of the list). Will get some help to replace it barring it being...- DispatchMinion

Battery died again <Resolved>
Less than 2 months since my 2nd warranty replace and its dead again! I have been seeing voltage while driving hover in the upper 14.6-9V range and spike every now and then above 15v (15.7v highest in the last 30 days) I have a Zus charger and a odb2 reader. the charger gives realtime battery...- DispatchMinion

sorry to Necro this but... Question I do have access to the avatar editor "It is recommended that you use an image that is at least 200x200 pixels." .. I took it to a 4.8 star local shop, (118 reviews via google) and they did a great job on the install I think. Its a Compustar remote start with the phone remote app and system, also had them beef up my car speakers too. Pretty sure they disconnected the battery for some time as my control center...- DispatchMinion

No corrosion on mine. did replace it. by this time I only had a 0457 code for the gas cap. this is my 3rd cap (got one with the pump via amazon and has been in place for 3 days) inc the OEM one.
