check your IOD fuse. Even if the IOD fuse looks good i would still replace it. THis just happened to me and put a new fuse in and it worked! This fuse is for your radio, interior lights and door locks. Also may want to think about starting a new thread for this next time and not hijacking a tire...
Ya keep your eyes on criagslist, I found my Moabs for $100 in buena vista, it happened to be my sisters neighbor (small world!) so she grabbed them for me and was coming to the front range that weekend so I got free delivery!
Template? Are they really that precise with the mounting? When I installed my rock rails (Carolina Rock Shop Rails) I just held them up with a buddy where I wanted them mounted then marked the holes drilled and used a bolt and nut.
*Edit* Srry I ment to post this in "Random Thoughts" Thread not here please forgive me and my mistake, PLEASE!!
Looks like the wife will be taking over the Libby as a daily driver as I have been test driving a 2006 Dodge 2500 cummins long bed with 110k over the weekend and Im pretty sure I will...
Agree It did feel more stable once I put the spacers on and felt more stable in corners at higher speeds, but if I had to do it over I would just get wheels with correct backspacing, less to worry about and one less thing that can possible fail while on the road or wheeling.
Yea I got them off was no issue at all, but yea I got them sold they went quick, posted the ad and next day they were sold. Need to take down the ad. As far as pics here is an old one on first day of install of 1.25" spacers with stock wheels.
Yea I went ahead and painted and then got tires mounted and they turned out great! No scratches from tire mounting and they put the weights on the inside of the wheel.
Got the tires mounted up on the Moabs and put on the Jeep, coolest part is they guy working at discount used to be a former member on LOST 5 years ago and he was glad to get to put these on for me!!
Picked up the Moabs yesterday, washed, sanded, cleaned and painted them today, will get them switched onto the Jeep Monday still can't believe the deal I got and how good of shape these are in :icon_lol:
As stated in my other post about wheel spacer removal got a good deal on a set of moab wheels going to give them a try yadda yadda yadda....
I would like to paint the wheels black and was wondering if painting before would be bad as they might get scratched when the tires get mounted but it...
I recently got a REALLY good deal on a set of Moab wheels and though I have not always been a huge fan of them I figure its time for a little change and want to try them out.
My question is I currently have spidertrax wheels spacers with stock wheels and when I installed them I used red...
Not quite sure I understand what your trying to say or for that matter I don't think you understand what I am saying so we shall leave it at that. :ROFLJest:
