I run Mobil 1 full syn and filters in my 99 Silverado and 04 Libby without any issues of leaks or burning. The 99 has been full syn since the 1st oil change after purchasing in March 99, 1st and only new vehicle I've owned.
I have a Scanguage II in my Silverado and an Ultraguage EM Plus in my Libby. The Ultraguage has many screens and works great. I have the wired version. Here's a link to their site.

The PML pan helped but I will be adding an aux cooler also as in some of the harder areas of the trail the trans temp got up to 220 degrees. No air flow at times due to the very slow crawl speed. It would cool down fast though when we stopped to watch each rig go through tough areas.
Thanks Dave. I had to pick my lines carefully in the areas where the entire trail was literally nothing but rocks and small/medium boulders. My old trail rig was a 88 4Runner that was purpose built for rock crawling. Had to sell it during one of my moves as the new place was in a HOA.
