Did the 99,000 mile oil change. Replaced the 3157 incandescent reverse light with a 7w LED CREE "projector" lamp...awesome. It's like there is a 400 lumen flashlight sticking out the back. E-bay...$9.99 + free shipping. Also, drew up some plans for mounting my 2 jerry cans to the back my...- KJmurf

My understanding is they will install a Mopar trailer hitch if not so equipped. If (like my Limited) it is already installed, they will shine a flashlight up the a$$ of your KJ...look to the left...look to the right...give the sign of the cross...then send you on your merry way. What I did to my Jeep today... Changed the spark plugs. Bought my 04' KJ Limited last February with approx. 90,000 miles (98,700 miles now). So, part of the 90,000 mile maintenance is spark plug replacement. I had a sneaky suspicion that it had not been done when it was on the lot at the...- KJmurf

After tire rotation if you do not "re-train" the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), using the overhead console computer and donut-looking magnet that comes with the jack under the back seat, the tire pressure indicated on the overhead console will not correspond with the correct tire...- KJmurf

rear cargo shelf
I like the rear cargo shelf, but I took it in another direction and drew up some plans for this...for the KJ. My plans have one big drawer and its only 3-5" tall (large enough to transport my O/U 12 ga.,a few boxes of shells and some misc.) but still be able to secure bins or gear on top...- KJmurf
