Belt pulleys
That looks about right and much cheaper than the whole tensioner. Mine had a bad bearing on the grooved wheel, and a bad PS pump. After replacing those, it sounds like a whole different jeep. Before, I would have sworn the engine sounded like a harvesting machine for a farm.- DadOSix

Escaped Rocker Arms.
You may find a stuck or collapsed lifter (lash adjuster) on each of the loose rockers. Ddpending on your maintenance habits , and those of any previous owners, there is likely varnish or gum in a collapsed one. 05 KJ Cat codes
If you do decide to do O2 sensors - start with just the upstream ones. Seems as they get the most work. Also, most gurus on here recommend the OEM sensors with NTK/NGK as acceptable. RLE Trans downshift issue
Don’t forget to add in #5 - lower control arm bushings. These are replaced under a recall, but do not last forever. When these go bad, the jeep is all over the road with a pronounced sway - one way on acceleration, opposite way on deceleration. My 04 had been done before, but when Son #4...- DadOSix

Are non-ABS front hubs/bearings interchangeable, or are they left/right specific?
Only difference SHOULD be the direction of the ABS cable (how it comes off the hub to lead back to the jeep)- DadOSix

KJ 2006 3.7L Engine Temperature Slightly Low
I don’t see a problem there. Those are not the most accurate gages. I have an IR temp gun that I use when I want to know for real. Has a lot of uses. Block temp. Rotor temp - when you are looking for a caliper that hangs up once in a while. Why do you think it is low?- DadOSix

Coolant leak
Thanks for the update. I wager if you still have the old core and a way to put a bit of air pressure to in, that you will find the leak quickly. Those hose connections are outside the box, so I still think bad core. Specifically around the seam where the header attaches to the finned section.- DadOSix

Crank no Start
The jeep is not in limp mode. They will run in limp mode. Just not very well. The computer limits what the jeep will be able to do in limp status, but you sure should be able to start it.- DadOSix

Dumb question but … why go thru all that when you could simply put the captive nut on the same side as the old captive head was? Ie - insert the bolt from the front rather than the rear?- DadOSix
