it's a shame so many Mopar sensors today are discontinued. I would recommend the "Standard" brand cps sensor.

    Suspension Squatting over time?

The KJ CRD is 500 lbs heavier up front. Consider using OME 790 for CRD applications in the front, or for someone with heavy front bumper and winch rated at 500lbs. In the rear, I use the Monroe 58649 load level coil over shocks, say bye to rear sagging !

Need advice, cold weather blew seal on rack

What year is your KJ? Steering rack will need to be replaced by the sounds of it. Browse "Rock Auto" has a few rack & pinions brands to choose from for KJ. I would also consider polyurethane rack bushings. Don't have the Poly bushings link at the moment.

    Problem after freeze.

My pcv was plugged with yellow foam, with below freezing temperatures thanks to short trips. Good synthetic oil and driving the jeep to fully warm up, should cure the issues. My yellow foam was nasty...eek..

    Windshield cracking sound

Even after the re & re, the KJ shield still leaked. I ran a fine bead of clear GE silicone along the the top edge, and down both sides & leak then finally stopped. I hope the KK windshield is more co-operative. ;)

    Windshield cracking sound

If you have any movement in the glass by pressing on it, that is unacceptable. This can lead to leaks and the 3M windshield urethane is rated down to -70. Temporarily, you could get the jeep into a warm space and run a fine bead of GE silicone around the top edge. Glass shops may be able to re &...

    Its time I introduced myself.

Welcome to the forums. What city or country do you live in? The 2004 was probably the best year as it did not suffer from window regulator issues. Have you obtained the build sheet for your Jeep? If it has the Trac Loc rear differential, it will require the 4 oz bottle of Mopar friction...
