Need help identifying these control arms so i can refurbish them and replace the ball joints.

Likely an earlier version of jba, send them an email to see if they can help you out. They're very customer service oriented.

    SuperPro Polyurethane Bushing

https://superprousa.com/collections/all/2002-jeep-liberty-limited-esi6802769 Looks like this was discussed briefly in the,but quickly dismissed. I think because they weren't available in the USA, but they appear to be available now.

I have have this problem today

That's your ac compressor, cycling as you described is normal.

What did you do to your jeep today?

Just above the oil filter, they wear out or get gummed up and start behaving exactly as you described. I don't remember it being expensive, but get OEM if you can. If you cheap out you'll be doing it again sooner.

    Aluminum Coolant Overflow Tank

I'd wait a couple months for it to show up on Amazon for $30 bucks before I'd try one. Of course my stock one is still working just fine at 20 years and 175,000+ miles.

    Regearing and Locking Diffs

    Gotcha

    Regearing and Locking Diffs

Yes, and they could potentially have a dana 30, but the dana 30a is what is in a kj and no other gearset fits it. The pinion gear is shorter.

    Regearing and Locking Diffs

If I recall correctly, I don't think they continued making the 4 cylinder Liberty pas 04 or 05 due to low sales.

    Regearing and Locking Diffs

Not what I was told when I called a few yards. I'll take your word for it since you were/are directly involved. Anyhow, nobody had any 4.10 anything on the site...yet, they did?

Got a link? I've never seen or heard of such a thing?

    Regearing and Locking Diffs

"Try searching for the 4.10 on www.car-part.com. Both as r&p, and also as a carrier assembly." You can certainly start here as u2slow said. But the way that site works a part doesn't show available unless someone from the yard actually takes the time to post it. I came up empty searching for...

    3-5 inch lift

It's not approved by jba, but you can mount the ball joint to the bottom of the uca which moves it away from the coil, but then you must also drop the cradle to correct suspension geo. It's a can of worms I considered briefly before deciding I put myself in too many off camber situations to make...

    3-5 inch lift

Likely uca contacting the spring. I set mine up with a piece of paper as a feeler gauge between coil and uca adjusting at clevis. It's a lot quieter now.

    Regearing and Locking Diffs

I have the stock trak-loc in the rear, which I recently rebuilt and the Spartan helical diff up front. As klc said above it's the 4-cylinder kj's that have the 4.10. it took me a lot of digging to find mine. Here's a link to my build for your review. Thread 'Diff and axle hunting'...

    Regearing and Locking Diffs

The lowest gearset available for the front (dana 30a) is 4.10. It can be hard to find as it's unique to the jeep Liberty kj. Lockers as well as limited slips are easier to find. I'm running the Spartan helical and have been quite happy with it.

ARB bumper question (2003 transferred to 2007)

Fenders and grill are different between those years, but me thinks the mounting to the unibody is same. I have the PDF of the install downloaded somewhere, but can't currently find it. Google Fu could probably locate it.

    Loose hose 2006 3.7 engine

Breather hose for front diff. It was originally on one of the 4 upper shock mounts. Mine is currently ziptied to something near the battery (I don't remember what) as high as possible.
