    Tire Pressure Calculation

Load and Inflation Tables take into consideration the exact weight. If you know the exact weight for each tire, it is easier to find the correct pressure provided you find the correct Load Inflation Table for your tire... I do not know how thoose calculations were made.Tires have...

    Tire Pressure Calculation

If you read the whole document, you will see that you can revert the manufacturer's recommendations to your new tires also, whatever kind of tires you choose. The correct psi according to it for my new tires is 36psi.

    Tire Pressure Calculation

Yes you can do it with the chalk test and have an indication whether or not you are correct. If you are not, you will have to do it again with a different pressure according to your findings. With the Load Inflation table you have a scientific way of calculating the exact pressure needed...

    Tire Pressure Calculation

Hi all, I've done some research regarding the way to determine the correct psi for my new tires. I recently changed after a lift, from 235/70R16 to LT245/75R16. I have read several threads of users asking what tire pressure to use for their new tires but never an answer saying WHY... The only...

    Fun KJ flashback...

The first KJ i drove was at late '03, as I was in the process of selling the LR freelander I used to have due to reliability issues. So I went to the dealer's and i drove a black KJ. I remember how different it was in driving, compared to the Freelander. The LR was car like in driving, whereas...

Drivers side lower than Passanger side

Thanks!:winner_third_h4h: I have bigger rear bumpstops, so I don't need anything else for the rear (948/N132l) I will do it as soon as I come back from holidays! I will let you know of the outcome...

Drivers side lower than Passanger side

I was afraid that they would be to stiff... Is it worth it to change now to 927? The cost of the springs is not so high, and truth is that when I do something I want to do it the right way... So, 927 in front, swap the rear springs and measure again? Do I need bumpstops in front? Rear will be OK...

Drivers side lower than Passanger side

Yes, i suppose i am not the first one that this happens... Therefore your suggestion is to leave the 3/8" clevis lift on the driver's side (only) and switch rear springs? (Is allignment needed?) If that does not do anything, should i add an isolator only on the rear driver's side? My problem is...

Drivers side lower than Passanger side

I have lifted my KJ recently according to my signature. I left it settle for 2 months, and after 2000KM (1250miles) i measured and saw that the drivers front wheel was almost 1,5cm (0,6") lower than the passanger side. I measure from the center of the wheel up to the lower curve of the fender...

    Aux Transmission Cooler

Has anybody done this modification in order to use the genuine Mopar '02 radiator with the genuine external transmission cooler? Any photo's of how it is done?

    Aux Transmission Cooler

Thanks for the info. How long do you have it, how many miles? Most propably, i will order the mopar '02 radiator. I found that the Part No. is 52080118AB. They are expensive, but they last... If the external cooler is so easy to mount on them also, the swap will be easy!:icon_razz:

    Aux Transmission Cooler

I am thinking of purchasing the '02 radiator and using the transmission cooler as external as this was proposed by tjkj2002 and seems the best solution. Does anybody know if the Mopar Part No.: 52080118AB which i found it to be the '02 radiator, will fit without issues in my '04 with the...

Just in order to be on the safe side: Jeep 2002 KJ radiator with internal transmission cooler (fits 2004 KJ)Part No.: 52080118AB (what are the ...AA, ...AC part differences? Do they also fit?) Jeep KJ external BIG transmission cooler Part No.5191979AA

    Aux Transmission Cooler

Yes this is my best move for now... Yes tjkj2002, i know this is the best solution but my radiator is new (2.000miles). I think though, that if the bigger external cooler does not have any real effect, i will have to consider it... Do you think that changing to the bigger Mopar cooler will...

    Aux Transmission Cooler

Yes, I see that as a possible solution, upgrading to the bigger cooler. However, I am not sure that it will solve the problem... And changing the radiator is not an option as it is expensive and mine is new... Has anyone upgraded to the bigger cooler and also added an external? We have high...
