Mocked up location for 2 wheel well tool boxes, relocated gas can mounts from rear to front, adding basket to trailer top (still opens with strut assist or as an addition to shoulder workout, without struts). The 24 gallon freshwater tank has been a removable option since last elk season...- KJmurf

Finished the 3-axis trailer coupler, cut off the 2" ball coupler, and fabbed a hitch receiver on the trailer tongue this weekend. Put the new 4.10's in and the Powertrax No-slip locker for the rear. Found a very generous shop owner here in Bend to let me help with the tear down and install...- KJmurf

Paracord Jeep Liberty Handles
Nice job...I did the same (plus the inside door handles and steering wheel) in a cobra braid last year. I like the look, it's durable and if you want to change color, you just rewrap. -

I replaced my reverse lamps last February with 200 lumen LED's, from Ebay for $9.99 w/shipping, and they work great (even with the tinted windows). It's like having 2 flashlights shining out the back.- KJmurf

Finally added the spare tire extender, so now I can close the rear glass separately from the door with the 255/75/17 BFG hanging off the back. Also, ordered a Thrush welded muffler after finding the tell-tale soot marking of an exhaust leak in the muffler.- KJmurf

Thank you Gyro, I forgot that the 4.10 is the biggest ring & pinion that will fit in the KJ front diff carrier...got a little crazy there for a minute...4.10 it is... Has anyone tried the 4.56 in the rear and 4.10 up front with any success?...Just kidding.- KJmurf

Found an aluminum skid plate on Craigslist that was made for another vehicle, but after some trimming and a few drilled holes...a nice inexpensive skid plate that bridges the gap between the bumper and the front skid plate. Next week is the front & rear 4.56 re-gear and rear locker. Was...- KJmurf

It is the Harbor Freight ATV cargo carrier bolted to a length of 1" steel tube that has been bed-liner-ed and then a rubber cane tip was added to each end. Then cut the front plastic to fit the carrier. Held down front and back with 4 turnbuckles using the cargo tie-downs of the Jeep. Here...- KJmurf
