I will check tomorrow. The left side has play but the right has next to nothing. Figured i should check as i am gonna be doing lower ball joints, quick struts and clevis bushings soon. The clunking of dead struts is driving me nuts plus the wandering is also annoying.
07 liberty. I recently noticed my front diff is a bit noisy. I checked the fluid and level and color looks good. I did notice that if i grabbed the left cv axle were it goes into the diff, it has play. (Side to side and up and down) its definetely not from a cv joint its the whole thing...
Ive searched all over and cannot find a pic of the rancho that shows that it takes a clevis on the bottom. Maybe the bilstein is the right choice since it actualy shows what part your gonna order. Its just me sure but i would like to see what i am ordering not just a general pic.
I have an 07 liberty kj and want to lift aswell. The front is sagged so figure if im gonna replace front struts and springs might azwell lift it too. To help cut costs would it be bad to go with spacers in the rear since i just replaced rear springs with new stock onez and then get longer...
Until i can afford a real lift i am gonna go a clevis lift. Read that you can go upto half inch but 3/8 is more recommended. Is that true? And how much if any of a lift is needed for the rear. My buddy has a few rear spacers of different sizes i can use. I do towing and dont want it looking...
Im gonna take your advice and apparently everyones advice online. Im gonna slowly put together my own lift. Either ome or ironman springs and not sure about front sruts and rear shocks. Ive heard rancho is ok but not sure if i can go as pricey as bilstein. That way i can by pieces at a time...
I am looking at buying the rustys off road 2.5 inch spacer lift for my 07 liberty. Its a daily driver and some light off roading. Are they any good. Looking for budget as i am not using this as a wheeler that much.
