congrats, got the same thing myself...best thing to do is go over it with a fine tooth comb now, find the little things that could turn ugly. download service manual and get a haines or chiltons, become familar with it and everything in it cause you will need that info....also, find a...- kenM420

ideas on a smoother ride?
well i just visited [ Rockrails / Rocker panel protection, rock sliders, rocker protection ] and i would have to wait until income tax returns as i have a 2 and 7 y/o. I'm mainly looking for ideas... with the OME its adding lift....but i did see its not extreme, good for highway.- kenM420

i have had 2 back operations and the stock suspension is still on my 2005 Liberty 3.7L V6 KJ, from what I can tell. Any reasonable ideas? This vehicle sat for 2 years without moving and ive been busy replacing the rusting parts, from calipers to rotors,pans,lines,a/c receiver drier, all fluids...- kenM420

Fixed windshield cowl. Red neck engineered a solution. Since the person who replaced the windshield forgot to leave space for the cowl clips (over caulked) I was able to secure the cowl. But there was a small gap. I masked it off then filled the gap with black permatex.- kenM420

clevis bracket
clevis bracket help I know all say go to a bone yard....but if they sit there, wont they be just as rusted away as the one your trying to replace(in my case). The 2 or 3 ive seen on ebay and amazon are crappy looking also....I would even settle for a link to after market clevis brackets even if...- kenM420

yeah i was glad to remove mouse feces and urine, shop vac'd & lysol'd and added a dryer sheet (attached externally with 4 dabs of hot glue).- kenM420

new member 05 Liberty Sport
until i have the time to run to my resurrection yard i found 4 laying inside the cavity...reattached them, and now i wait to see if it hold until i can get to a replacement. someone replaced the windshield and the sealant went past the edge of the windshield causing them to break.- kenM420

there is a possibility that you may need to replace all speakers and run new wires if amps wont turn on or are dead.- kenM420

What did you do to your jeep today?
found out someone had windshield cowl off and looks like they had windshield replaced and too much of the windshield sealant pushed out so the 9 cowl clips couldn't lock into place...they then used glue and velcro to hold it in place. found a mouse nest also, no residents- kenM420
