It cranks fine ,wont stay running
Low fuel pressure may be caused by a vacuum being created in the gas tank... Remember drinking pop out of a bottle? When you pull out so much you have to let air back into the bottle before being able to pull more pop out... Emission controls keep the gas fumes captured by not allowing the tank...- daves06lrenegade

Removing seized 02 3.7 engine with torque converter attached
Sounds like you might have to drop the oil pan to gain access to where the rod bearings are attached to the crank... removing them should free up the crank/flexplate and allow you to turn the flexplate to gain access to the bolts...- daves06lrenegade

Both Rear Window Roll up but not down
For the windows to operate in EITHER up or down mode you MUST have (+12 volts) and a ground return... Because they work in one direction but not the other we know both +12v and ground is present going to the switches (on the back doors) the back door switches are bad...- daves06lrenegade

04 Liberty cooling
Not all "Chinese/Asian" Radiators are bad... Of course some are... I replaced mine on my 2006 Jeep Liberty 3.7L with "cheap" eBay one 4 years ago along with a water pump and I haven't had a problem with either... I also used the "green" Prestone antifreeze and have had no problems with corrosion...- daves06lrenegade

How to get the fog lights to stay on a 2006 liberty when the high beams are on!
Using a lamp test probe find the power feed (lead) to the high beam... add a 10amp 50 rectifier... One side to this lead and the other to the power feed to the fog lights...(banded end towards the fog lights)... 2004 Jeep Liberty Rust on Passenger Door
If you have ANY pin holes or soft areas and apply bondo moisture WILL come through from behind... You either need to cut out the rusted areas and replace with new metal or seal off the back side with fiberglass mat and resin ... Howling/rubbing sound from rear on right turns
You may have a bad passenger (right) rear wheel bearing... They can get noisy during turns and usually the noise doesn't change accelerating or braking... Dave- daves06lrenegade

AC compressor :(
From your video the center portion on your compressor is NOT turning so the electric clutch is not engaging and the compressor will not turn and compress the freon... I have an new aftermarket radiator in my 2006 KJ and it solved the overheating at speed problems... Got it off of ebay for under $70 shipped... '06 Liberty 3.7L 4x4 - Cranks with no start
I would suggest having a mechanic with a true OBDII reader/scanner look at the signals at the cam and crank sensors both when cold and hot... Or do it yourself... A small O'Scope that can read up to 200khz should be able to "see" the cam and crank pulses that are usually under 10khz...- daves06lrenegade

Most salvage yards won't sell used cats... but you might look for a wrecked lower mileage jeep cheap that you could liberate a cat from it (Youtube Market place or Craigs-list)... I don't know the "RULES" about individuals selling cats in CA... This might get your problem with cats resolved...- daves06lrenegade
