Random multiple error codes and noise after engine replacement.
Just spit balling here , is it possible the ignition switch is bad ? And sometimes not recognizing the key .. a guy on youtube had that same issue and it was the thing in the steering column some kind of security thing that attaches to the actual ignition switch. As far as the engine codes i am kinda leaning towards the ECM . Unless you are putting in a crate engine from Jeep ( like i did) it is a good idea to get the ECM From the donor jeep , just incase you run into these issues . The previous owner dont need it because you got the engine.. just my 2...- Zippy the jeep

Gas mileage
Buddy your tires are fine . You would be amazed and what you can drive over with those tires . They are not rock crawlers . They are just like a bronco . Good for ruff trails and water crossings. 11 miles per gallon.....it's not good, but is it bad?
Fellas , i just put a new jeep crate engine in my 06 KJ and i get about 17 around town Nd 23 highway.. those are the numbers. I have checked them several times . I have a 1.5 inch Bilstein lift and 30” tires i have the Kenda RT tires .. granted the rest of the driveline has been rebuilt also...- Zippy the jeep

A/C starts cold then gets warmer
It very well just be freezing. If you have the fan on low , sometimes they will freeze up. Just ise outside air not in cab recirculating air and put the fan on 3 or 4 . Try that . Who makes a good quality durable cv axel?

The boot dry rotted and cracked and let all the grease out in 8 months believe it or not . So Jeep is paying for the replacement so i am looking for a good made in america replacement one .. I can’t believe Mopar/Jeep has none in the US , what is this country coming to…- Zippy the jeep
