Ok, which one of you geniuses did this?
A pile of money and time worth of mods and you can you can only drive it in 6 feet of mud..........I have been strapped out of the mud and I can still drive mine on the street. Dave- Dave

Gas Tank capacity.
Last I knew the fuel capacity changed over the years. In 02 it started as 18.5 gal, and then in 04 it changed to 19.5 and in 05 it was 20.5 but I am not sure about 06 and 07 and guess they stayed the same as 05. That was last I knew for gas, not sure about diesel or overseas models. My 05...- Dave

And the third best kind is........I was changing my oil filter and had a sudden "spasm" and the oil filter got on there way too tight.....:gr_grin: I need more coffee. Apparently I'm a couple of cups short of a load.... Dave- Dave

^^^this. Check your emissions sticker on the front radiator cross-member. Mine is an 05 and says---ZFR6F-11G. That is the copper core NGK#. They should be pre-gapped at .040 but I always double check cause I'm anal after finding one set wrong a few years back. Dave- Dave

Key Issue
Good that you got it working. With only one key you need to guard it with your life. These new keys suck that they have been using on all vehicles the last 10+ years... With my 05 and the built in key and fob you need 2 working keys to program a third key. In the not so long ago "old days"...- Dave

17" wheels
The limited models came from the factory with 17" wheels and 235/65/17 tires from the factory just for your reference. So that size should fit the Renegade also and you could go up from there as the other guys said depending on sag. Dave- Dave

KK 2WD to 4WD conversion
Yeah, I agree with Tom. Too much electronic stuff these days and you will need to take into consideration the down-time when you won't be able to drive it. Easier to sell it and get a 4x4 KK if that is your desire to have 4x4. There's so much good wheeling down in Florida I would not be there...- Dave
