It doesn't freeze, but it gets so thick that you have to literally crank it as hard as you can with both arms to get it moving. I mean serious cranking you have to do. Never move the jeep out of a tight parking space before you can fully move the wheel, especially when it's almost frozen. It...- Onceandonly
