Will '04 grand cherokee wheels fit my '02 liberty

I found nice 17" chrome wheels off of a '04 Grand Cherokee will they fit my '02 Limited Liberty? Stock my liberty has 16's I'm more concerned with the bolt pattern not the inches. I have the OEM Wheels on the liberty. They're horrible looking, they're all corroded around the centers. Any help...
