2003 limited

So I'm looking at buying a 2003 limited he only wants 1600 for it but it's all beat to Hell he must have hit a deer or something it will need a new front bumper cover new driver side headlight new driver side fender new driver side front door and new rear bumper and new driver side front fender flair new passenger rear fender flair and and a complete respray since most the burgundy paint clear coat is pealing off. I haven't drove it yet will in a minute but what do you think should I bite the bullet and get it I can do the body work minus the paint myself or should I pass thanks guys.

That's kind of what I was thinking. But I'm in north east Arkansas just a little to far for me to travel. Yeah I drove it and when I put it in gear it took a little bit for the trans to shift from reverse to drive then the cv axles need to be replaced and I could smell an oil leak.

I would save up a little more for a solid example. They will turn up if you are patient. Otherwise you will pay more in the long run

Joey, take a look at the one I posted about less than 25 miles from you with all the parts you'd be looking for. Would need repainted, though.

lol i went looking i still have the grey 02 but was wanting to sell my truck and get another one that i can lift and have fun with since the wife said no mods on the grey one lol

I'd run away from that one. Save up or spend a wee bit more and get one that was not in a demolition derby.

yeah i told the guy that it had more work then i was willing to do the bumpers i'm not to worried about cause i would stick a pair of steal ones come tax time but the fact that it would need new cv axles a new door and hood and grill and find the oil leak and the power steering leak and trans leak yeah i already have a GMC that leaks like a stuck hog dont need anything else thanks for all the input guys
