I have a 2005 Cherokee KJ 2.8 CRD and I had my car at an air conditioning specialist for a noise on the air conditioning pulley; they connected a fan that was apparently not connected and fixed the tensioner pulley that was apparently the cause of the noise. Since then, my car started to not start when at running temperature to not starting up at all... I have replaced the cam position sensor and the crank position sensor, as well as the relays on the fuel priming pump and fuel heater. The pipes were checked for any cracks or leakage so as to cause a problamatic vacuum. I even replaced the fuel filter. I have had the key tested to see if there's a problem with the transponder or just a general key issue, as well as the immobilizer tested to no avail... yet when we put the tester on the car, it comes back with the Sentry Key, throttle body, and cam position sensor. The throttle body was tested and seems to be functioning... I am ready to just put a flame to the car... can anyone give me a clue... the problem now comes in that the carparts are being discontinued everywhere so I am struggling to get a different Throttle body etc

Do the faults clear from memory and return?
Check the battery voltage, if you have been cranking it lots then odd things happen when the voltage drops.
Check the cam and crank position indicator wiring, Check the injectors are all plugged in, Check the ASD relay.
If all that clean stuff checks out its time to check the injector leak off rate and the prop valve leak off.

Thanks will keep you updated on these things as I go through that process and when the engine use to start it clears but when it begins with the no starting up nonsense all these errors popps up again
