Hello All , New to the group.
Our 2008 has a passenger side leak only when it rains . Been trying to track this down for a week . The pictures attached were taken from the removed glove box looking straight up. You will see the black fabric foam wet and a drip on the metal next to it . So far I have removed the cowl cover cleaned it out , took out the fresh air intake screen and sealed it with RTV silicone . The intake screen has 4 threaded studs but there were only 2 nuts that were being utilized
I added 2 new M6 nuts and locked everything down .
That was not the fix... with the light rain the other night the leak still persisted. I took the cowl cover off again during the drizzle and the cowl area by the fresh air intake was dry.
Any suggestions or past experience would be appreciated.
