The other day I started my 2011 Liberty and all the lights on the dash stayed on. The car would not exceed 5 mph and the idle was rough. I pull over and shut the car off. After about 30 minute I started the car again and no problem. This has happened several time. My brother checked the OBD2 codes even though the check engine light was not on and got the following codes: U1110, U1120 and P0401. Has anyone heard of this issue? If so HELP.
