.....am in to a head gasket set replacement job, 2012 KK 3.7L. Got all bolts out except for one each bank. Both are stuck, or at least very resistant to loosening further and rather than keep going and risk snapping them off does anyone have any suggestions?? Setting up a date with Mr. Heli-Coil is NOT my desired plan.
Next idea would be some "encouragement" from a vertical application of an air hammer bit to shake 'em a bit in the thread seats.
I gotta guess a few of you have done this dance before because the 3.7, if nothing else, has a "reliable" history of the same problems occurring over and over again no matter what box it is stuffed in.
