My 02 Liberty has a leak on the passanger side when I run my A/C. I have checked the drain on the fire wall and I got it to drain but I still have water coming from the inside right where my a/c meets the wall. Is there a gasket there that could be replaced? The dealership is telling me it will cost about a $1000 to get it fixed with no warranty. Can I fix this myself?

HAHA, $1000 to fix that! They are crazy! [-(

Sometimes a build up of leaves and dust can clog the drain(even if it is putting out some water). Have you tried sticking anything in the hole and pulling it back out? Dont stick it in there to far, the evap and heater core is in there somewhere.

Try blowing out the vents at the base of the windsheild (on the outside) with compressed air and water, see if that clears any blockage.
It's like giving your Liberty a fiber pill.

there is a tsb for water leaking on inside on passenger floor, tsb 24-003-05. check to see if you have an extension hose on your a/c drain in engine compartment. part number is 55037651aa. can get at local dealer.
if you can only see about an inch of plastic drain tube coming out of firewall where a/c drain is, then you need this part. i think its under 10.00 for the hose and requires a tie strap. good luck.
