i'm interested in purchasing an aftermarket antenna since i find the stock antenna to be very long and obnoxious.. actually, i don't even use the radio at all since i listen to my iPod, CD's, or Pandora Radio ALL THE TIME. what would you guys do as far as the antenna situation goes to give it a sleeker, fancier/sportier look?

Your timing on this question is perfect - I have the same thoughts and am interested in the responses. That "whip" antenna drives me crazy :freak3:

I like the long obnoxious antenna.
If you don't need antenna at all, you can remove it and cover the hole with a turn signal marker or trail rated badge.

LibertyTC's seats are stock (he has a Rocky Mountain Edition)

as for antennas I replaced my normal antenna (because i installed a snorkel) with a 'hidden' one that sticks on the inside of my windshield (above the mirror) but after trying two different ones I ditched them because the reception is horrible, now I have a 5 foot firestik for a radio antenna and it works great lol

The way that photo was taken, it looks like your hooked up to the Arial drop!

I liked the way Inc had his firestick there. Have all the parts listed at home and am planning on doing something similar...down the road.
