Any difference between '05/'06 CRD?

I'm interested in buying a Liberty with the CRD.

Is there any difference in reliability between the '05 and '06 or any other reason the '05 might not be as good a value?

the '05 has the 7/70 warranty the '06 has 3/36. the '06 has the esp (electronic stability program), the '05 doesn't. all i can think of right now.
