I'm not sure how determined you are to get it, but it seems like a whole lotta plastic for $200. If you are really looking for a secure cargo area, I would recommend a Truckvault, although they are pricey.

I'm not planning on putting scuba stuff in the back, but other things like tents, tarps, etc would fit nicely underneath I think. The main thing i like about it is the mid level shelf with dividers on the top for small stuff. Also from the look of it and the description the height may be adjustable, on the floor, mid level, or in the same position where the security cover would go. The only problem is no one I've spoke to so far at the local dealership knows anything about it other than the part number and price.

I use a Rubbermaid container to carry all of my "smallish" parts and stuff and it fits perfectly under the cover.

This is an old picture but the container is still there.
