Anyone Having NAV problems?

Hello,

I just purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty Limited 4 days ago. On my commute this morning, the NAV system/Radio rebooted 5 times. I can't imagine this is normal? I looked online and there aren't any reviews stating that this is a common issue. Any thoughts?

No that isn't normal. My MYGIG drives backwards sometimes. The following process was successful.

You can try this too:

press the "Seek Up", "Seek Down" and "Menu" keys simultaneously. But BE CAREFUL! as you can screw your system up in this mode. See the menue there.

You can try to reset the system there.

Because your KK ist new, it is better to go to your dealer.
